It’s definitely cooling, but that’s a good thing. You know the bubble everyone speaks about? Well, consider this a slow deflation of that bubble, so no bursting, which is good for everyone. The predictions are that the market will continue to be healthy this year, and that’s generally what I’m seeing. Lofts and condos are taking the biggest hit. My advice to sellers, be patient and the right buyer will come along. My advice to buyers, buy now, making a below asking offer.
